We are looking for a Sales Manager that will be responsible for looking into new opportunities, pitching the software to new leads, closing deals and leveraging existing business opportunities with the objective to grow our user base strategically and sustainably.
What you will be doing
Qualify leads, schedule demos of the BluePoint platform
Manage BluePoint trials and quotes for leads, support other sales staff on calls, demos and in meetings
Assisting in answering questions on the BluePoint website users may have through the chat widget
Maintain the Hubspot database of leads, deals
Success generating new business through daily outbound prospecting/cold-calling
Coordinate with Marketing team for outreach
Assist to design effective campaigns and strategies for conferences and events, gather new leads, schedule meetings and initiate strategic partnerships
Meet quarterly minimum quota of deal closes, open the door for other sales staff to nurture new deals

We are looking for a great support specialist to join our core team to help us scale and provide a great experience for our clients. Our ideal candidate is a quick and enthusiastic learner capable of remaining up-to-date with the ever expanding field asset management.
4+ years’ experience in sales, marketing or other related field with demonstrated success
Preference to candidates who have experience with SaaS products and in the energy industry
Undergraduate/Bachelor’s degree in international business, marketing or another related field
Strong communication skills and comfortable with technical information
Excellent organizational skills and ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
Knowledge of high-level selling techniques to include prospecting, strategic selling and communication
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, HubSpot and experience with SaaS platforms
Results-oriented, self-starter, team-oriented, customer-focused, ambitious, ability to work independently and organize workload efficiently
Culturally competent, experience and interest to work with clients in a variety of markets
Fluency in English with excellent presentation skills, including written, email and telephone communication. Other language and cultural competency skills are a plus
Display creative, strategic approach when developing solutions for clients
Willing to travel
This position will be located remotely in the United States, other candidates will also be considered in Europe
