Client Success Manager

We are looking for a Client Success Manager to ensure that each client has a streamlined experience with the BluePoint software and continues to adopt the expanding product, focusing on anticipating their needs and strategy for retention.

What you will be doing

  • Working from the U.S. in a full-time remote position

  • Dedicated to having clients enjoy, recommend and expand their use of the BluePoint platform

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts

  • Lead account manager assisting with client implementation, training and feedback

  • Understand each client’s unique business model and become an expert in their markets

  • You will be a proactive manager, anticipating client needs and doing the extra work to provide them with a positive product outlook

  • The manager will maintain metrics to measure demonstrated success, reporting to the Director of Revenue

  • Assist with creating and updating articles and videos in our client support portal

  • Create and monitor client ticket requests collaborating with the technical support team, with fast response times and helpful feedback

  • Coordinate with Sales team for on-boarding new clients

  • Coordinate new client needs with Product team through Client Support channels

  • Provide feedback on new industry trends with product manager

We are looking for a great support specialist to join our core team to help us scale and provide a great experience for our clients. Our ideal candidate is a quick and enthusiastic learner capable of remaining up-to-date with the ever expanding field asset management. 

  • 4+ years’ experience as an account manager in SaaS, renewable energy or other related field with demonstrated success. Candidates with experience in Asset Management should definitely apply!

  • Candidates must demonstrate experience with client success in SaaS products and/or in the renewable energy industry

  • Strong customer service communication skills and comfortable with technical information

  • Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level

  • Excellent project management skills and ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Hubspot, Freshdesk and experience with SaaS platforms

  • Results-oriented, self-starter, team-oriented, customer-focused, ambitious, ability to work independently and organize workload efficiently

  • Culturally competent, experience and interest to work with clients in a variety of markets

  •  Fluency in English with excellent presentation skills, including written, email and telephone communication. Other language and cultural competency skills are a plus (Japanese, French, Spanish, etc.)

  • Willing to travel for industry events and client meetings

  • This position will be located remotely in the United States, other candidates will also be considered in Europe
