What is GDPR and why is it important?
The GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) is a new regulation that will affect the EU. It is the most significant piece of European data protection legislation to be introduced in 20 years and it will come in to force May 25th, 2018. It is designed to significantly enhance protection of personal data for EU citizens and increase the obligations on organizations who collect or process personal data.
